Tearing out speed cameras that keep our kids safe. Stealing city lands to turn our waterfront into a playground for his wealthy friends. With Bill 98, he’s trying to take over the TTC and give himself the power to raise fares–at a time when people are struggling to make ends meet.
Torontonians are tired of being bullied. I’m hearing it at door after door across Parkdale–High Park. We need to stop Ford’s meddling in City affairs.
I’ve been fighting Ford for years, and as your City Councillor, I promise to always stand up for Toronto and to organize with you to defend our city’s autonomy.
We’ve seen that when we stand together, we win. We stopped Ford from expanding Billy Bishop to allow jets. We saved rent control when he attacked it with Bill 60. I'm proud of the winning coalitions we've built together. At City Hall, you can count on me to continue fighting for our community and our city alongside you.
