Diana has made a significant difference to the lives of our neighbours through her work on building affordable housing.

She immediately organized when Doug Ford threatened our waterfront with Jets, and she supports badly needed local solutions to the climate crisis that, in partnership with others, can help prevent more extreme weather events like the wildfire smoke this summer.

CUPE LOCAL 79

Local 79 members are 32,000 frontline public sector workers across Toronto’s neighbourhoods, and in May, they gathered at the Toronto Workers Summit to build a vision of a Toronto where equity is built into every community through the public services and support residents need to thrive. Every candidate the union endorsed was measured against that vision, and Local 79 members voted to endorse Diana Chan McNally in Ward 4 (Parkdale—High Park).
